Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your AMIRO device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
